In the initial review, you can expect to see two distinct designs.

A wireframe is a visual guide that represents the skeletal framework of a website. It shows how the page is laid out, the interface elements, navigation, and where copy and images are placed. If your project involves having wireframes, you simply will be receiving to see how and where everything will reside on the web page. We will walk you through it, so no need to worry. Many times we give wireframes to clients so they will know where the text of the website will live and how much they have to write. In either case, we will give you a heads up and go over the wireframes with you.

The answer to this is yes and no. You will be able to edit some parts of the website like text and images. But if you want to change the structure and layout, you would have to know how to fiddle with the code. If you have any challenges updating your website, please give us a call. We do offer one-time updates and maintenance service.

You will be reviewing the website many times throughout the lifecycle of the project. We partner with you to make sure that we make your vision a reality, and we definitely make sure that you are informed on the status of the project. You will see the website in some form at least 4 times. In the design phase as comps and/or wireframes, in the development stage there is a progress review, and once development is completed you get a chance to test the site out and provide your feedback.
After your website is deployed, we definitely do not leave you hanging. You can schedule a training session with your account manager, and they will walk you through the backend of WordPress, show you how to update your new website yourself with text and images, and can also show you how to check analytics.
You will be responsible for Setting up the Domain name and hosting and providing us with images and text for the website. If you need assistance with any of this we can help you out. Please contact your Account Manager.
