1. The “Curator” Clause We are Content Strategists using advanced AI tools, not manual graphic designers. We do not do “pixel-perfect” custom illustrations or Photoshop requests. We provide branded volume and professional consistency. We prioritize performance over perfection.
2. The “Batch” Rule To respect your time and ours, we work in batches. All content is delivered on the 1st of the month. You have 48 hours to review and request batch edits. If we do not hear back within 48 hours, the content is considered approved and will be scheduled automatically. This keeps your feed moving without email tag.
3. The “No-Community” Rule These packages cover Content Creation & Scheduling only. We do not reply to comments, answer DMs, or manage your community. That voice belongs to you and your internal team.
